Financial aid
A good friend may send you money when you are short. You will owe them a favour.
In a call, a friendly leader or an ally can be asked for money. If they trust you and can spare some, they may send it of their own free will.
Aid is a favour, and favours are remembered. Repay it, or that leader's purse may stay closed for a long time.
Ask politely: rude requests are refused, greedy leaders keep their money, and nobody helps too often.
