Can I play?
The leaders in Global Conflict Simulator are played by an AI that runs on your graphics card. The more graphics memory the card has, the richer their conversations. Every computer can play.

- Windows: press Ctrl+Shift+Esc to open Task Manager, choose Performance, then your GPU. Look for "Dedicated GPU memory".
- Linux: with an NVIDIA card, run
nvidia-smiin a terminal. With AMD or Intel, runglxinfo -Band look for "Video memory". - Laptops with two graphics chips: browsers often see the power-saving chip, not the graphics card. If your laptop has a separate graphics card, choose its memory here.
What each quality means
HighThis computer
12 GB of graphics memory or more
The leaders get the game's largest AI: the richest characters and the most natural conversations, with replies in a few seconds.
MediumThis computer
8 GB of graphics memory
A smaller AI that still plays every leader as their own person, with their temper and their memories. Their replies are a little plainer than on High.
LowThis computer
Any computer
The game's smallest AI. Leaders keep their personalities but say things more simply. Without a graphics card the AI runs on your processor, so each reply takes longer while the leader thinks.
What if my computer is below that?
You can still play. When it starts, the game picks the best quality your computer can run and tells you if it is below what we recommend. You can choose another quality in the settings at any time.
The map, the battles and everything else work the same at every quality. Only the AI's conversations change.
