The Diplomacy screen
Talk to every leader in the world: propose deals, or call them in person.
Open Diplomacy to see every leader, how they feel about you, their profile and the agreements you share.
Press Propose to offer a gift, a passage permit, a military or trade alliance, or a ceasefire or peace with an enemy. You can also invite a leader to visit, or ask them not to ally with a rival. Allies can be asked to defend your base, attack your enemy or speak up for you.
Leaders decide for themselves, by how they feel about you, how strong you look and what they need. If an offer falls a little short, they may ask for something in return.
