Ports

A base with a Naval Shipyard becomes a port, where ships are launched and convoys change from land to sea.

A Naval Shipyard can only go in a base near the sea, or near a big river that flows to the sea. Once it is finished, the base becomes a port and its map badge shows a pier.

New ships appear on the water by the port. Supply routes use ports to cross the sea.
