Starting a new game
Pick your nation, your leader and your rivals, then choose the rules.
First choose the country you want to lead, from the list or by clicking it on the map. Most countries have a few real leaders to choose from: click a portrait to pick yours.
Your rivals are picked at random. Press Reroll for a new line-up, or Pick manually to choose them yourself. The Nations in play slider sets how many nations take part.
On the Rules step you choose the difficulty, where every nation's first base stands, and which rival becomes the agent of chaos.
