Land and territory
Your home country is yours while your leader lives. Empty lands go to whoever builds there first.
Your whole home country belongs to you as long as your leader is alive. Enemy forces anywhere inside it count as an invasion.
Grey countries have no leader. The first nation to build a base in one annexes it and adds its people to their own.
Other nations can build bases on your annexed land to contest it, but the land stays yours until you lose your last base there.
