Winning and losing
Unite the world in friendship, or bring it to heel. Just keep your leader alive.
Military victory: make every nation still standing your military ally, with at least one rival fallen along the way.
Peaceful victory: make every other nation your military ally, earn their trust, and keep the whole world free of war and battles for a good long while.
You lose if your leader falls, or if you have no bases left and no construction convoy to build a new one.
